In a small bowl:
1 Cup warm water
2 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
combine and set aside in a warm spot
In a big bowl:
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup oil (we use olive oil but anything will do)
1 Tbsp salt
3-10 Tbsp sugar (we use 7 to 10)
stir all this together and then add the yeast mixture.
Start adding flour, the amount will vary quite a bit.
After you get it to the dough consistency you like (not sticky) knead it a bit and then let it rise for an hour. Form into whatever shape you want. You can use this for rolls, break, Cinnamon rolls whatever!!!
Cook at 350 until slightly brown and when you tap the bottom of the pan it sounds hollow!
