1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix—Bake as directed in a 9x13 cake pan
Poke Holes throughout the cake then pour:
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1 bottle caramel ice cream topping
Smear 1 container cool whip and top with heath bar bits
